Our prime goal is the development of self-esteem and character through instruction in the disciplines of Taekwondo by highly skilled and caring instructors.

We have a brand new 14,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. The largest in New Jersey. The amenities for students and parents alike are unmatched.

Kids’ Taekwondo: Ages 4 to 7

An introductory course that will prepare our students for the Junior level class. Our Kids’ Taekwondo program covers the basic stances, positions and techniques.

Junior Taekwondo: Age 8+

A fun and energetic class that will retain all the elements of respect, order and focus but with added emphasis on more advanced Taekwondo techniques.

Muay Thai Kickbox: Age 13+

A fun, intense and challenging class! A class built heavily on combination work, everyone will be partnered up and work on hitting the focus mitts and other targets to polish their technique.

Mixed Martial Arts: Age 13+

No prior experience necessary as this is an incredible introductory course that will cover the basics and effective techniques.
